I don't know what your interpretation of front and center is but that's definitely not what I consider front and center but anyway it's really not a big deal because there's a camera placed right in front of her

The centre is always pushed back slightly and the sides go further.

So Bey and Jay are probably the front row of the centre, and Paul's row ends where he sits.

Oh people. It's not just rows there's a stage too you know. They have to fit the seats according to their stage and the passage to the second stage. Imagine the center of the stage, well Bey is sitting at the first seat of the passage. Practically is the second row but no one is sitting in front of her. There's a mini row starting from McCartney going through Rihanna. Which is again center and a bit to the right. It's not rocket science.
