Just look at Rihanna and Usher. While their last eras weren't total flops, they were pretty dry. Once they jumped on (or in Rihanna's case, jumped back on) the dance-pop wagon, they produced #1 smashes. If Ciara and her label wants to see success again, then she will have to follow today's trends. A lot of these songs are pretty tired and are not in style. That's just the truth. She has to leave that urban stuff to the side and get with the times.

difference bw ciara + rihanna or usher is they have more support from their label especially rihanna
usher had messy single releases also + thats jive for u but when omg became huge up they invested more
unlike ciara when ride blew up they did nothing
jive doesnt focus on ciara now point blank............she gets a fraction of their attention
