She's also proven that all she needs to do in order to have a hit is release her singles like a normal artist, the times she's done that recently have gotten her two top 10s (DIL, Formation) and a #13 (7/11)

I agree that she has transcended chart hits due to her cultural relevance. Everyone knows her songs.

I think the mystery helps her not to become oversaturated which will actually extend her longevity. It's quite brilliant honestly.

What the hell are you talking about? Yes I know he said albums, and DSOTM is one of the most legendary albums ever, especially for rock. Lemonade has been out a month and has not had 1/10th of the impact, so you can't compare its success to DSOTM for no memorable singles

She is not weak in the singles department. Can't you see she has 5 songs in the iTunes top 100 six weeks post album release? The difference is that she actually wants her singles to sell purely while others are offering their songs for free on streaming platforms. Beyoncé could get several top 10 hits from LEMONADE if she wanted and without promoting. Spotify alone would suffice. But she will not. Adopting the same tactic, she is on the top of albums charts and sold decently while others are relying on sponsors let alone streaming. Take a seat sis and stop trying.

While she doesn't need them per se, she's really only reaching her core fans. Hit singles get your music to the masses. I don't follow Beyonce's music outside of her singles anymore because what I hear doesn't interest me.

Like I have several songs from I Am... in my library but I just know of her singles from 4, St and Formation or the tracks I read about on here. It wouldn't kill her to have one song for mainstream radio.

To many people outside of stan culture and entertainment shows, Beyoncé really doesn't seem that popular or successful. But that's just my personal experience of people I've met
