Both aren't global, but Demi has a slight edge in markets outside of the US. The Revival era has been majorly prevalent in North America only, that's it.

Good For You was discounted for one week in the UK
and still sold like 100k more than CFTS there. I think you're getting GFY confused with Confident which was discounted for the majority of its run

She has a slight edge in Brazil maybe but that's it. GFY outsold CFTS in every single market except Brazil where CFTS outsold it by like 1K
Selena's
second single SOL also outsold and out-peaked Demi's
LEAD single CFTS in not only the US and Canada but also relevant music markets like Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands etc.
I mean the fact that GFY
alone outsold CFTS, Confident (single) and Confident (album)
combined outside of North America should tell you that Demi can't come close to Selena globally
