I only just got to Level 8! Tbf i only play it when i walk back and to work! I caught Squirtle though.

Is it true you get a Lucky Egg at level 9? I wanna evolve and use my lure then....

Nn, my neighborhood is teeming with squirtles, I'll definitely have a blastoise by the end of the week I was absolutely seething last night, a Venusaur popped up shortly before midnight literally as I was bruising my teeth, and the radar seemed to point to the bad part of my neighborhood also narrowly missed out on rhydon & raichu today, but I finally got a decent (1000 cp) Tauros, and caught an Aerodactyl, tho at 772 cp & too rare to easily find candies, it's basically useless to me also finally got 25 Eevee candies, and torn over whether I should go for flareon or jolteon. I prefer the latter, but have NO fire types, while I have 4 1000+ CP magnetons.

As I was catching the Aerodactyl some cute college-aged white guy came and asked me what cp mine was, and then some 40-50 year old construction workers shouted from across the park asking if we caught the Aerodactyl GO transcending age and racial boundaries

You get a couple more as you level up, but it's generally better to just go ahead and buy them rather than waiting.

Tbh I would stardust the Gengar, that's what I did with my alakazam & it's almost full, as getting 125 candies for things that aren't pidgey or doduo can be quite a task.

Also, definitely evolve the caterpie, 330 cp for it is pretty substantial and it setting you back 12 candies isn't a huge deal for such a common poké.
