As a fan of the series (classics + Legend/Anniversary/Underworld) the reboot was underwhelming and focused too much on action and took itself too seriously. It was focused too much on gunplay and action instead of giving a better balance of those with tombs, exploration, etc. Hopefully the next actually does a good job at being a Tomb Raider game and gives us Tombs, a good PACE, proper exploration and some decent puzzles atleast. Definitely a GREAT game, but it didn't deliver as a Tomb Raider game in whole.
I applaud Lara's more human approach, but wish she had better humour like the old Lara and hopefully the results of the island contribute to turning her back into that cold blooded biatch I loved. <3
Also, I hope Camilla has really improved her accent. Her performance in the last game was seriously inconsistent, her accent was very on/off depending on what words she was saying and her moans and screams are the worst in the franchise, I just can't get over them...
However, Her performance in that trailer was impressive. The new Lara model in that CGI trailer is gorgeous and I love how mature she looks now.

Both of those can happen. Tombs can be dangerous and can play a role in the survival theme. The new TR game plans to be with that I think, hence the mention of "with our survival gritty style" or whatever it is they said.
