But wow EPIC is truly the worst label. I'm so done with them I'm not even gonna email Sylvia anymore. They suck at managing their artists (Ciara/Nicole/Avril/Kat Dahlia/5H) etc. and they deserve to go bankrupt.

Ok that's a bit harsh but an entire company overhaul is needed cause I bet you they have old people there that are out of touch with the current generation's taste. I'm GLAD Bonnie escaped EPIC. Thanks for posting that podcast it was entertaining.

Epic is awful, but some of you are giving way too much credit to "S.L.A.Y." That would have been an abysmal choice for a single. The whole concept was always a bit cringeworthy and the song is not great.

I don't think we've heard any songs she did with Luke. If I remember she said in an interview last year that she had a session with Luke but nothing stuck.

Kii @ the typical "Slay isn't that great, move on!" responses because she herself has moved on/is releasing something else.

I WON'T have someone sit here and tell me she was in her right mind to release something like Bombastic over Slay. Regardless of the off lyrics here and there - Slay genuinely sounds like one of the best pop songs of the last 5 years. Just saying.
