Yeah but Whitney has been drug addicted for years, cissy should have known better than to let her daughter parent Bobbi when neither parent was capable. She failed to keep Whitney clean, so you would think she would have tried so much harder with Bobbi... Honestly I think that whole family is only concerned with money, both the brown side and Houston, and the only time they ever had serious spats between each other were over who is getting these dead girls money.
