Galaxy 1 and 2 both have 97's on Metacritic, which is 1 point more than Uncharted 2 and 2 points more than the Last of Us.
The Wii has 7 games over 90 points on Metacritic that exclusive to it.
The PS3 has 16 games over 90 points that are exclusive it, and 51 games overall that are over 90 points that are non-exclusive, most of which the Wii cannot play. PS3 wins.
Not in sales though.
Even with all that acclaim, it couldn't beat Wii.
Nintendo wins.
What games are people buying for the PS4*? Battlefield? Call of Duty?

Can you believe that? PS4 is about to outsell Wii U without the games(I mean Killzone, Knack and Resogun doesn't exist according to our great wiseman, Starburst). What if Sony punch with Naughty Dog. Can Wii U even handle the impact or should Wii U glue its wig? Not PS4 slaying with 3rd party alone. I wonder how many CoD and BF4 Wii U copies were sold though. I mean, since Wii U is "slaying". it probably crossed the thousand barrier...
But does anyone remember "TLOU will be forgotten" "no impact" "eclipsed by GTA V" "lower Metascore than..."
It is the Game of the Year. Beating higher sellers, higher Metascores, and games with higher hype. Other games had that initial acclaim and then were forgotten by the end of the year and FAILED. The Last of Us was not forgotten.
