This is actually rather genius although I can see how one could take this as some sort of bribe or what's the word nowadays, payola? when it's in fact just her being friendly and promoting her current single in a unique way.
All it is is marketing. If Gaga did it, the monsters in here would be celebrating some kind of promotion .I mean who is going to increase spins solely because they received a cake.
