From what I understand, unless she's made a Forbes list that year, her cumulative sales over all those years won't count and will basically be nonexistant. I hope that's not the case, or else this list will be deeply flawed like the IFPI one.

Meant earnings. And obviously. Which is why doing a compilation of 99-12 without knowing what everyone made EACH year will turn out to be an inaccurate list in the grand scheme of things.
