Did anyone say it was unique? The nasal voice is not new and it is not unique, it's a very trademark 1990s teen pop voice. It just so happens the nasal voice is synonymous with Britney Spears and is one of the most famous/iconic voices in the pop world. I don't know if screaming counts as unique but
