I hope!! Kinda wish she hadn't done September last year, since I doubt they would ever let someone cover September twice (especially not in a row). Would've been amazing to have her on the September issue for ARTPOP.
I think that if she is gonna do one this year it will be November, seeing as that month will see the album release
