Hair slays and you will deal. At this point, it's more than clear Gaga does whatever the hell she wants though maybe with Bobby's input on C2C and how well that worked, she might be more specific or focused rather than eclectic like ARTPOP. Her next album will probably more rock and so I hope we get a couple of songs as awesome as Electric Chapel and Rock Show. Her look will hopefully be more constant and so be less... floppy as some of her ARTPOP looks came across. That one you posted was bad, but the wig from her Over The Rainbow performance just before worked great. Dark hair suits her when done right.
I think it's time to leave The Fame/Decay stuff behind now. Moving on is good, so I hope if she does use DJWS, RedOne and others she already worked with she also mixes in new blood.

She should comeback with a project called Defamed or something and run her 'decline' into the ground and be shameless of it tbh. The Fame Part 1 and Telephone could close its chapters and Gagas endeavors in pop music can die off since she is soo over it anyways

This could either turn amazing (if she served TF era theatrics etc) or disastrous. Knowing ha and ha team* nowadays it would be the latter sadly.
*King Bobby not included.

Just saw this analysis of Aura on Tumblr, and thought you all might want to take a read and perhaps keep it handy in case anyone says she's racist for the use of the burqa or for even mentioning it once in the song.
Quote:
My opinion on Lady Gaga's usage of the Burqa
*EDIT*: Please take the time to read this, even if you aren’t a Gaga fan. Maybe you’ll learn something yourself.
Being Middle Eastern myself and having visited my background country of Iran numerous times, I can see why Muslim and Middle Eastern women would take offense to Gaga’s usage of the burqa and her upcoming song, Aura. I also do find it offensive scrolling through the #burqaswag tag on tumblr and seeing people wrapping their heads and body in towels while holding a peace sign and duck face. Please know that these are the uneducated and uncultured fans and this is not the image of the burqa that Gaga is trying to promote.
Gaga started the Body Revolution Campaign on her site, littlemonsters.com, to encourage and inspire fans to celebrate the human body. I believe her wearing the burqa is part of her campaign of the human body.
Middle Eastern women who wear the burqa either feel oppressed by it themselves, or feel empowered wearing it and are judged by society. I believe Gaga is trying to raise awareness to both Middle Eastern women who approve and disapprove of the burqa. She is not trying to exploit the religious garment.
"Swag" is a slang term that means "a positive way a person presents themselves". I believe that by "burqa swag" Gaga means to say to the Middle Eastern women who are in favor of wearing a burqa, that they should own their independence and continue practicing their religion despite the slander they face by uneducated and uncultured societies. Her lyrics:
"I’m not a wandering slave
I am a woman of choice
My veil is protection for the gorgeousness of my face”
mean that not all women wearing the burqa are oppressed. Some want to wear their burqa and are proud of it because they believe it protects women from being over sexualized by society.
There are also, however, some Muslim women who may disapprove of the burqa. Just because these women disapprove of the burqa, however, does not mean they are not “true Muslims”. One is allowed to disagree with some aspects of a religion, but still be devout to said religion. Although not portrayed in her song, I do believe that Gaga is trying to speak out to these women, too, and and is trying to show them that disagreeing with wearing the burqa does not make them any less of a devout Muslim than one that does wear one.
I do understand how Gaga’s use of the Burqa is controversial, but Gaga is an iconic pop artist who is famous not just because of her success in the music industry, but because of her campaigns worldwide to improve society with her always growing fan base. She is trying to improve society’s racial, prejudice, ignorant, and stereotypical views on Middle Eastern women who wear the burqa. She is not just wearing the burqa because she thinks it’s “cool”, “looks pretty”, or because she’s trying to be “fashion forward” and make a “statement”. She says this in her song, too:
"Enigma popstar is fun
she wears burqa for fashion”
This part of the song is directed towards people who say that she is only wearing a burqa for attention, and this part of the song:
“It’s not a statement as much as just a move of passion”.
is her trying to clear up anyone who has misinterpreted her use of the burqa.
After saying this, I do apologize to Middle Eastern and Muslim women who are offended by the mock up pictures made by the uneducated fans and I do agree that they are degrading the religious garment; that is not the image Gaga is trying to give and not all of her fans are this inconsiderate. I also hope I have cleared up any misinterpretations of Gaga trying to be offensive with her usage of the burqa.
On a side note, however, I do not agree with people saying that Gaga is not allowed to wear a burqa because she is not Muslim or of Middle Eastern descent. She is curious about the Muslim religion and wants to learn more. Everyone should educate themselves about other cultures and religions and this is what she is trying to promote as well. By limiting ourselves to knowing only our own culture, or our own religion, how can we get along with people of other cultures and religions? If people were more educated in these areas and were more open-minded, then the world would be a more understanding and peaceful place.
I hope I did not offend anyone in this post because, like Gaga, that is not what i intended. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to question me. Being both a Middle Eastern female and a Gaga fan, I felt like I would give my input on this controversial topic.

Anyone who assumed racism from Aura decided it so when they rushed to spam Burqa download links when Gaga herself leaked it without listening to it, or is a total moron, or both.

Aura's melody and lyrics are masterpiece.
I'm calling it Bloody Mary of ARTPOP.

Katheryn you gotta admit that the production is brutal, the very best of ARTPOP.
The lyrics tho and that intro are a hot ass mess but it's part of the charm of the song

The intro and chorus are the only thing I use, apparently Zedd felt the same way.

Kiiii, none. Bloody Mary is a masterpiece in lyrics and melody. Something ARTPOP doesn't quite match even though the material on it can be brilliant at times.

Her heart was definitely in the right place, but the song is still trash. It has the best intro on ARTPOP though.

OMG I just found my old last.fm account (didn't remember I had one 'till I tried to create an account and my username was taken, lol) and there's like almost 0 pop songs on my library. That was half a year before I came across Gaga. HER IMPACT.

Agreed. I think what Gaga needs now is an explicitly personal album. Not hiding behind costumes, concepts and ambiguity. She's done that. It's long overdue that we get to know her more. Actually show the girl behind the Burqa, not just talk about it. As fans, we probably don't realise how mysterious she still is to most...and while mystery was a big USP earlier on, I think now it's just this increasingly growing divide.
She can still sing about fame, because she's famous and it's a massive part of her life, but I don't feel she should shoot herself in the foot by making it a 'concept'. Just tell us what she's thinking.
It makes sense for this type of record to be more organic sounding with rock flavour. That's who she is, where she started, and what she likes. No glossy synths and distracting beats - just raw performance.

Nnnn. I think the rest of this fan base would jump ship if that happened. But I heard Sex Dreams was going to be the lead but Troy made her change it since they knew the era would underperform. She then went back to the studio and made Sexxx Dreams since it didn't have to be radio friendly.

It's original I'll give it that, but far from perfect. Maybe it's perfect at being imperfect.
- The intro to Aura is everything until the hahahahahahahaha stops. Then I hit skip.
