Lack of radio support and no physical releases. Only three of her singles got physical releases:

1,412,000 physical copies, "...Baby One More Time" (511,000 downloads)
778,000 physical copies, "From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart" (33,000 downloads)
415,000 physical copies, "Stronger" (270,000 downloads)

Nearly all of Christina's singles were physically released.
