Oh my God.... No. Adele could really sing any song and nail it, but that doesn't mean she should. "Rather Be" is too "pop" for her, I think. If they're talking about the same arrangement as the original, absolutely not.
Anyways... I think I've found an up and coming artist that's even better than Adele:
