Sis, it is a community. Why do you lash out like, 'that site sucks', 'don't go', 'sis why tho'?
I mean, if they want to go, let them. Unless they are asking about your opinion on that site, feel free to say' sis, Pls, that site sucks'.
Alright.

Doubt whether she's playing the RoundHouse, I mean, not even 4,000 people?
Also, TikiMiss is active again http://atrl.net/?p=15492373 (just thought it was worth a mention)
Also, not this 'soon' trolling by MTV

She'd surely want to announce her comeback before her performance is confirmed at the VMAs...unless they stick to a vague "comeback surprise" for now and give Gaga her own announcement after she's done?

At this point, Gaga should just settle. Everybody with a brain knows the woman is just trying to leech off someone wealthy, and less than $400,000 is basically nothing to Gaga when she's earned $80 million in the past year and shells out $55,000 for a backpack for Taylor.

I disagree, even if you're a billionair, a $1000 is a lot of money when you never had a lot of money before and you worked your butt off to allow yourself to pay your rent, clothes and food. Gaga knows how hard you have to work to earn that money and God knows she works really really hard for what she earns + she pays for a lot of extras for her employees, which she also did for this woman.
She gives a lot of money to charities and occasionally buys something expensive for loved ones or herself, but if someone that you've been good to for years and that took advantage of you, comes for your money then you do not just settle or give them more, because they've shown their ingratitude and I'd do everything in my power to stop them from getting another dime of my hard earned money tbh..

I know the implications and problems with settling, I just think it would cause Gaga less stress in the long run.

because they show how closely she worked with the superstar — and the crazy hours she put in.
|
Um? She was a PA, of course she's gonna work closely with Gaga. And what PA who works with a superstar doesn't have crazy hours? It's not a 9-5 job .
The amount of overtime hours she says she is owed is also pretty much mathematically impossible. I'm also sure that the judge will be asking why she would continue working for Gaga if so many years had gone by with hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid overtime was accumulating and Gaga wouldn't pay it.
Then she only brings the lawsuit when she's fired. Rather transparent case.

Might be true, but I don't think she's focusing too much on this, I guess her legal team/manager could do that for her? I'm still wondering whether this story is actually legit or just a rumour that keeps on coming back
Also, I can't believe Macy's is no longer selling FAME, so sad for all the Monsters that could only buy it there

Yeah, she's just trying to get money. I remember some people commenting that the whole PA industry could be thrown out of whack if her bull succeeds.

Yup, the person who mentioned that was the head of a celebrity PA agency. He also said that Gaga's PA was paid well above the industry standard for celebrity PAs.

The woman suing really has no regard for all the people she could damage with this whole fiasco.

Yes but if we continue like this we'll end up with a forum with no features at all: search gone, hot threads gone, accessing to your own messages gone, now the 3 lastest active threads gone too...
What will be the next next thing to kill in order to keep the server alive?
