Sure I've gotten WP for posts older than a week before. What happens if we get warned for old crusty posts? Like when a salty member is stalking your posts to get you banned?

Reported this hours ago, why was it cleared? Threads like this are constantly made and closed, so what's different in this case? Bias from the mod handling the report?
Personally, I don't even think threads like this should be closed to begin with, but I believe it should be dealt with the same in every case
