Because the #1 is also decreasing It's not stable when it's constantly decreasing in sales

And you're comparing a newly released lead single to a third single? HTM went top 10 on the Hot 100 after its only one promo performance and after that performance it got nothing but green updates for days, not constant dark red updates like others after theirs

Out of Dangerous Woman's last 15 pop bar updates, 11 have been red, 3 have been white and only 1 has been green (and even that was light green, not dark). I'm sorry, but anybody who thinks that that's "stable" is lying to themselves.
