Even if Britney fell to #2, or #3, or even #4, as her radioplay increases she still can get to number 1 (although I object to the fact that radioplay has such a huge role in chart calculation, that's the way it is). If Jay Sean could get to number in a week when he peaked no higher than #5, than surely Britney can do the same (with major radio support).

What on earth are you talking about? If '3' falls down to #4 today (which is impossible), it wouldn't be able to go top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.

If for some reason it gets stuck at a position below number one on BB Hot 100, and let's say in a week or so she loses ground on iTunes, a copious amount of radio play could get her to number one without her actually ever hitting number one again digitally. Just like Down. Although it's less likely with 3 than Down, I'm just saying it's possible.
