No idea about WW, but it has sold 2.414.896 in the US on HDT, plus whatever individual remix sales there have been Probably around 2.5M overall.
I haven't heard PF on the radio in a long time. Either way, that isn't hugely relevant to whether or not the song is 'special'.
Well it depends. You live in another country as well. So radio may be different where you are. Sometimes Stations regularly play old material and some don't. but I agree that it doesn't mean a song is special.

I think at the time Poker Face was released. It was a huge movement because of how different it was from everything else on the radio. Maybe Darren is right. Right now it isn't as special but at that time it was.
Probably around 2.5M overall.
