I'm crying right now. Beyoncé's vocals can really slay your entire existence. She needs more ballads, especially vocally challenging ones. I have watched do her runs and riffs at the end of Dangerously in Love a million times today.

I mean nearly every Beyonce ballad is vocally challenging! There's always something that Bey does effortlessly and you don't realize how difficult it is until you try it or see people try to cover it!
I think Heaven is the hardest song to sing on BEYONCE (arguable tied with No Angel)
Even tho Bey sang it effortlessly every night, I have seen NO ONE do all the low E3's, C#3's, and the B2 well (or at all). No one can do the low-to-mid belt "nooonooooNoooNOOOOO" into the bridge without losing breath and resonance and definitely no one can do the chesty E5 climax with the intense vibrato that she does effortlessly.
People don't understand that depending on the lighting and the makeup a person is wearing they can look a lot lighter/darker in a picture than they actually are in real life.
Now, I don't think Bey lightens her skin but why do people even care??? It's her body she can do what she wants with/to it. And I don't get why it's considered "self-hate" when a black person lightens their skin...Is it self hate when a white person gets a fake tan??? Or when you change your hair colour??? Or when you put in colour contacts??? Or even wear makeup???
Seriously, I have yet to meet a person who loves every single thing about themselves...and if they find a way to change that thing and make themselves happier, well then good for them. This doesn't mean I'm going to out and do the same thing, but I see no reason to hate on them for it.
on JEALOUS & MINE and a lot of songs on self titled bey isnt even singing she's talking it makes it sound more like a classic album actually; because you have the vocals on ROCKET, HEAVEN & PRETTY HURTS and you have the conversations in MINE, JEALOUS, & FLAWLESS. she really surpassed herself last year
