The show is called AMERICAN idol and Carrie has outsold Kelly in the US, although Carrie isn't the most successful artist from the show I would argue she is the #1 AMERICAN idol whereas Kelly is more globally successful and is therefore overall the more successful artist.
Given all the hate I've seen for Can I Have A Kiss over the years here, I am astonished to see it in the top 20. Finally getting the praise it deserves
I would honestly be pissed if they picked Carrie over Kelly. I mean Carrie is less popular in the US and overall. She may have sold more albums in the US but that's because she's a country artists and country fans are buyers. Kelly on the other hand has more audience appeal: Pop, HAC, AC, Dance and country, I never in my ****ing life heard a Carrie Underwood song in the club and thank Jesus. To be fair I don't know if Kelly is able to pull of superbowl half time show since I mean she's more of a vocalist than a performer but so is carrie so idk.
I would love BD (love) to make the top 15 but this place isnt so bad i guess
I can't with the fact that TMAL is still there. I need it out asap. I mean, how can TMAL being >>> than Lies, Hear Me, DLMSY, BD live, Why Don't You Try, CWGB, Anytime, TIBG/US, LITE, etc? just to name a few

Hmm so with this logic I would say Juanes (a colombian singer) is the most succesful Colombian singer just because he outsold Shakira in Colombia? :/

Absolutely. You can either end the Half time show with a stadium thumper (maybe WDKY can end it) or an power ballad and AMLT is a SIGNATURE song by her with a fitting message; a song that is instantaneously recognizable and tied to American Idol. I threw in CMB just for the message. I prefer it earlier on in the set.
