It wasn't reported. I saw the post myself. A post can be warned no matter if it's reported or not. Reporting just brings our attention to the post for if we didn't see it ourselves yet.

Editing doesn't safeguard you from warnings.
For example, saying the most horrible things but then just editing it 5 minutes later really doesn't make you immune to being warned.
