Squeeze is great. I love that Mila is layered in on that last chorus. I feel that they could have given her adlibs though.

Camila leads the chorus in That's My Girl, The Life, I Lied and Not That Kind Girl.
I played the album several timeze es today and isn't better than Reflection tbh.
The solo distribution, their vocals, quality and lyrics are better in 7/27, but when Reflection have Worth It, Sledghammer, Reflection, Going Nowhere, I ask me why some tracks on 7/27 are even close, I try to appreciate the quality and their flawless job in the vocals.
But Till now I don't see more singles material, maybe I Lied or Gonna Be Better can match, I completly in love with No Way, Dope and Squeeze.
In the first listen I hate much the Scared Of Happy sound but now I like it, and of all them sounds great is catchy. Not That Kind Girl is the weakest track in the album but still is a banger.

She gets the whole chorus in I Lief.

Nope. When you have the melody (and your vocal is also turned the highest) you're leading the chorus. Mila leads Not That Kinda Girl, That's My Girl, and The Life.

The album is stale. Their last one had more bops. This is one is so generic and has no standout hits. It sounds like any sophomore album from an artist that's not gonna go far. You know the Nivea's and the Christina Milian's...

This gon sound like a negative post but I swear I'm impressed by the album overall.

My biggest piece of criticism for album though is that there's too many songs on it that could've been achieved by a solo artist and have too similar of a structure and production. Four very similar tropical house midtempos, though pleasant are unnecessary because it limits the album of the infectious, youthful energy and personality from their previous work. I lied is the only one that really needed to make it onto the album. The rest are extremely derivative of it and again while pleasant and nice songs, make for filler tracks when looking at the album as a whole. What I liked most about reflection was that every song was different but united by a unapologetic, youthful flair in their delivery. This album doesn't sound like a girl group in many places. It looked like they wanted to go for a cohesive sound, but ended up stacking 1/3 of the album with filler. The highlights are definitely Work from home, that's my girl, all in my head and not that kind of girl.

I agree the production is much higher quality and current, and the lyrics are more mature as well, but I almost don't feel like I'm listening to them in half the songs.
