The video would start with a group of people sitting around a campfire. One of the people begins to tell the legend of a witch that supposedly lived in the castle near where they were camping, but most of the other people say it's fake. The person who was telling the story insists that they let him finish.
The actual song begins with a shot of a castle, and as the intro plays, would show some of the interior in a first person view, until the first verse starts, where we see Katy dining with a potential mate. During the first verse, Katy consistently finds unimpressive things about her suitor, and right before the pre-chorus, he attempts to do something sexual (reaching up her thigh, trying to unhook her bra, touching her boobs, etc.).
During the pre-chorus, she starts to corner the man, and uses her powers to shatter glasses and make things in the dining room levitate. Katy slowly walks closer to the man, kisses him on the lips, sings "there's no going back", and the man disintegrates.
During the second verse, it shows Katy getting ready for another date into her castle. As the verse plays, Katy sings in her budoir, using her magical powers to get ready. As she leads her date into her home, and they settle into the dining room, he notices her subtly using her powers. When the pre-chorus starts, she realizes this, and begins to try to chase him and kill him. The man manages to escapes, and tells the town of Katy's witchcraft.
During the bridge, the nearby villagers breaks into the castle, kidnap Katy, and tie her to the stake. Juicy J raps his verse on a nearby hill, watching the commotion from a distance. During the "damn I think I love her, shawty so bad" part, Juicy J uses his own powers to untie Katy from afar. As the final chorus plays, Katy uses her power to summon the rain and thunder. As she sings "cause once you're mine, once you're mine, there's no going back" the final time, she uses all her power to create an explosion that destroys everyone. Well, everyone except for Juicy J. As she gets up and recovers a bit from the impact, she sees Juicy J looking at her. He smiles at her. She smiles back, and then turns her back, and transforms into a bunch of crows that fly into the night sky.
As the song ends, it cuts back to the campfire. Nearly everyone is laughing at how ridiculous the story is, until it starts raining. As they prepare to get up and leave, a flock of crows begins to surround them, and the screen fades to black.

I really dislike this song, but there's gonna be like no competition for her since every era from other pop girls is finished or in between eras.

I really doubt they'll just add on a rapper to Birthday, since they want to minimize any direct "urban" marketing. So they're working on the remixes based off that.
