So after I converted those songs from my old iPod onto my new iPod, I found out it didn't work, exactly. Well iPod Agent I guess places them into folders into whatever desginated place you place it.
It's like this, folder wise:
Genres>Artists>Albums>Songs
So after it did that, I went into my iPod (new one) and it said it had like 30GB filled up. But no music showed. I was like WTF? I then...went into the iPod through "My Computer." I found that the songs were there, but not recognizable to iTunes/iPod music format. The songs were on my iPod, like a storage device, but they weren't set up to be played on my iPod. You know what I mean? They were in those folders I mentioned above.
So I had to manually put the songs into my iPod. I went through all the genres (like over 20) then within them were tons of artsts, then their albums and the songs. Once I got to the folder with songs, I dragged the songs to iTunes and such.....long damn process.
When I restored my iPod earlier on my old one, I did this. It took me a good 7 to 8 hours to do it. But then...
-_-'
I feel so stupid. I accidently dragged a folder (like the artist) into iTunes. And iTunes said it loaded the song. So I was like WHAT!?!?!?
So I really got pissed. I found out you can drag folders onto iTunes as long as they got songs (mp3's...etc) within them. I then dragged the rest of the artists (for a test again) within that one genre I was doing and it worked

.
So I was PISSED. I was spending hours upon hours going through all these folders to find the songs manually (which most of them had only one frickin song in the folder

) when I could've just dragged the 20 "genre" folders to my iTunes and have it upload to my iPod there.
**** YOU TECHNOLOGY. What a waste of my pathetic time
