Teaser views count as long as 30 seconds of the track or more are featured in the video. The second teaser is eligible since it's exactly 30 seconds long and the first one isn't since it's only 11 seconds long. Only the views after the song is put on sale count though. So every view after Monday or Tuesday will count in this case, whenever it hits iTunes.
