Phoebe is definitely the best character on the show.
Joey and Rachel however remain the hottest. I mean, how consistently hot can a character remain throughout 10 seasons other than Joey and Rachel? Monica got better looking in later seasons but Joey and Rachel were always consistent. Ross was too, but Ross is just a bitch and not fun to be around unlike Joey and Rachel.
Hmmm, I think Phoebe was pretty consistent too! She just gets a little overshadowed by Rachel.
