Could you elaborate? Really, all I could see is either some attempt to vilify Jaime, which would just be backtracking on development, or some absolute BS punishment for Cersei, which is wrong in way too many ways.

Or they could be setting up Jaime helping Tyrion escape, but that is a gross simplification of the situation that is predicated on the idea that Jaime can't love and help both Cersei and Tyrion at the same time. He doesn't have to be pushed away by Cersei to be willing to help his brother.

Either way, it takes so much away from the book while adding really nothing. And trust me, there's really no way to get rape subtext from the book. It's plain sick and using rape for drama is one of the show's main problems. This just took it to its logical extreme.

Woo lord this is shaping up to be maybe the best season so far.

I really hope Tommen becomes a major character and they really flesh him out. He seems like a much better king than Joffrey, Robert, Stannis, etc. Hope he doesn't die anytime soon.

I mean yes he's become more of a good guy but let's not forget he's not the mother teresa of GoT.
