Although she did say that there would be two new songs coming "Monday/Tuesday" last week on Twitter. She has been pretty reliable when it comes to that stuff so far. Two weeks ago she said tracklist "next week" and we got it on Friday.
The only thing I have gotten irritated about this era was the miscommunication about Roman Holiday being on iTunes right after the Grammy's.

I haven't been keeping track on all the dates but I know she has a history of being late. Although she did surprise me by giving us the tracklisting early so that's one thing. I just can't imagine so many official songs from the album being up for sale before the release date. If anything maybe a stream on her website.
I remember the snippets for Pink Friday. Those were what turned me from a casual fan into someone who HAD to have the album. Can't wait for the PFRR snippets.
I'm not going to be listening to any more new songs though. RIM, SH, SS, and RR are enough for me for two more weeks
