Nah she said it was because they decided it wouldn't fit his album. AKA his label wasn't too sure of how the reception would work with the urban fans. He's new so perception is everything at the moment.

It's so misinformed sometimes oh well, from what I saw the reaction was mixed. Maybe it would have been better received if it was Before BTW because that's when people started thinking gaga was embarrassing to like, whereas before a lot of people thought she was a bad bitch

Yeah Gaga's perception has changed through the eras. Which could mean a number of things really for her upcoming era. We'll see though.

Musically (from what we know) yes, visually I can't say. But I know that if BTW came after ARTPOP i'd feel a bit let down honestly. Especially if this album is really as good as she's making it seem to be. But I think that I'm glad she's gotten all of it off of her chest, so now she can go on to the lighter stuff.
