Am I the only one who felt like her MCSWT speech was like a retirement speech or as if something is coming to a end in the near possibly future and shes worked up over it?

She was all like "I want to thank y'all for letting me have a career" and etc. acting as if this is the last big bang she gave us and now it's time for her to settle down with her family.

I hope not, but this would be a amazing era / album to end on if she did.

I think there's a part 2 to Self titled to be honest. I just feel something else is coming and yet again the industry will be shook. Remember she recorded 80 songs for the album, Dream mentioned being back in the studio with her AND Jay Z already plus there is a STRONG possibility that she releases new music for the World Cup so my guess is the single will be a big uptempo written by Dream that she is going to perform at the World Cup.

She changed her plans and decided to focus on other projects.

We will not get an answer anytime soon, that's the saddest part. She will go into hiding taking care of her family and still not promoting this album. Then months later she will either announce a new project or a pregnancy. Sigh.

The movie credits version of Rise Up has less vocal layers and is better than the official version IMO. That's the one I listen to.
