Tina Knowles, mother of singer and actress Beyonce, recently placed her New York City condo on the market for $5.6 million and might have a potential buyer.
According to the website Street Easy, the Knowles' Midtown Manhattan condo is under contract, but there are no official reports that confirm the apartment has been sold.
The condo features two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has several views of the New York skyline. The 1,729-square-foot condo also has a gallery, which is used as a dining room, and painted walls, in addition to a comfortable kitchen, according to Business Insider. The building has a state-of-the-art gym, business/party room and a children's playroom.
Knowles purchased the home in 2005 for $2.93 million, but is packing up to move to another home that would give her more space, which some believe is in preparation of the new grandchild she's expecting.
Knowles also owns a property in Houston, that is spread over two acres. She reportedly paid close to $3.5 million for the Texas property, but is also trying to sell that estate.
