Elekimaker - Activates Electric Terrain when being sent out
Dazzle - Prevents moves with an increased Speed Priority from hitting
Frenzy - Increases Special Attack when activated. Activation means unknown

Now these are new. Stakeout sounds absolutely deadly, especially since competitive scene involves lots of switching.

Full Metal Body is just Clear Body/White Smoke renamed...I see.

Shadow Shield is just Multiscale, but unlike the last ability, I can see why you would need a renaming of it.

Definite Sleep is a really good one, actually. Immunity to burn, poison, and para is great.

Swarm Change is a cute gimmick.

Soul Heart is different. Does it work like Moxie in singles? Guess we'll just have to wait and find out.

Stakeout is very anti-meta! Switching is a key part of competitive battling, but that ability really makes you think twice about switching.

Elekimaker mons would be a decent check to mons who rely on Rest for healing. It could have some very interesting effects on the meta, so I'm really interested in that one particularly.

Dazzle is obviously an amazing ability, no need to expand on it even though I could (and have already)

Frenzy is something...I was thinking it sounded like a special version of Moxie, since KOing mons one after the other would be like a "frenzy", so to speak.
