Why was this report cleared? I personally don't think it should be closed, although that's because that's how I feel about a good amount of threads that are closed on a daily basis. Threads like this are almost always closed because they'll "cause too much of a mess for mods to deal with" from what I've been told in the past in HQ. And on top of that, the OP has a clear bias against Rihanna:

The fact that things like this are so inconsistent is a bit annoying, and in my opinion, ridiculous when considering how enforced the rules are on ATRL in comparison to most other online forums. There should be a however-strict set rules which apply to all threads posted by any member about any celebrity dealt with by any mod, which is far from how the system currently works.

Probably because it hand't turned into a mess at that point bar 2 members. ATRL is run by people, not machines. There's no magic code for moderating. It's case by case. Problems can be addressed via help request if there's an issue. There will be inconsistencies and members won't always agree on everything. Mods won't always agree on anything. It's run the best it can be.
