I agree about singles... I'd be okay with one more but it would kill me to see a tremendous effort to see it become a hit. The only thing that can smash is Sheisse, and if it does it won't be because of some crazy promotional effort, it will be because its a great Gaga song.

The only way they will halt singles from Born This Way is if they are re-releasing the album ASAP. I tour with no supporting singles? They would be banking on a lot....

The ONLY promo she had that had a nice effect has been the thanksgiving one (other than the video)

We all know that ellen does NADA, and the NYE performance did nothing cause whos going to run to itunes to buy a single when they are partying and having a great time?

Is there anything BIG she can do this month other than SNL?

I think it wont, for the simple fact that they are prob going to do a little bit of shows. I dont see it being NEAR as big or long as the monster ball. I think its going to be a 6 month tour. Then go into oblivion until the new album.

She won't do SNL and no, not really. The winter months offer NYE, Superbowl, Grammys, and Oscars (if your song if nominted).

So she got NYE. No superbowl. She'll go to the grammys but who knows if she'll perform this year. If the song if nominated, she'll certainly perform at the Oscars (good for album, not for current single).

This. AND they have been taking FOREVER to announce the tour dates.

I think they had a change of plans and are still trying to figure out what to do.

Luckily, she's always been a great performer and people enjoy her shows. I don't think the tour will struggle but it won't be as successful as The Monster Ball Tour was.
There are no new real hits able to attract people, they'll probably go to ear her old tracks.
That's why she needs new catchy, appealing music.

MTN flopped, i know its sad, we all wanted it to be #1, at least top 10 but anyway lets just forget about its charting and enjoy the song. Anyway im still saying that she shouldnt release an another single. A medley of BTW hits on Grammys would be amazing and she just needs to start touring asap. While shes touring she can do some promotional videos for some fan fave songs(scheiße, bm, hml, Gh...). After a 1-1,5 year-tour she can finally release her next single/album, and have a fresh new start. And her next album needs some radio friendly songs like her old songs ...
