It's mostly some of the themes, 80s nostalgia, and some vocal similarities (Gaga's voice is so much "lighter" on TF if that makes sense). Summerboy and Eh Eh especially feel like they could've been on LAMB to me.

A bit unrelated but I remember this one super old interview where they complimented Gaga's ordering of TF tracks, and she said she was inspired by Tragic Kingdom to get it perfect Stan

Cuz I didn't want something stupid or obvious like "LadyGagalover" or "Gags#1Stan!"
So I chose the ICONIC Disney villain Yzma from the Emperors New Groove.

The Fame/Monster and LAMB are two of my favorite albums. Flawless It deserves all its praise. One of Gaga's earlier interviews was about Gwen, back when Gaga's backup dancers were appearing by her side in her interviews - much like Gwen's Harajuku Girls

I love no doubt and gwen. Lamb was a good album and its fairly obvious from the get go Gaga was heavily influenced by Gaga. With all of that said, I've always found Cool to be a bit of a weak track especially the chorus.
