And when the album debuts at #1 she will be tied with Janet Jackson as the third female artist with most #1 albums ever, behind Barbra Streisand who has nine and Madonna who has seven. She will eclipse them all eventually though.
I'm still super pissed that Blackout wasn't #1 because Billboard changed the rules that week. It wouldn't happen to anyone else.
A new single for the beginning of the year =
Starting 2011 off right!
silly girl. you don't know Britney's history do you?
Seeing as for her first 4 albums I was under the age of 12, no not down to a T but I do know modern pop music. 4 months would be too long and as it is December and we are only just getting the announcement a January release seems likely.
I would like to be wrong because it would mean new music earlier but I have my money on early January.

it's not four months, silly girl!! btw, you first said Late January.
the single could come out during the last week of December and the album could come out during the first week of March. that's just a little over two months.
If it's mid-late March, it is pretty much 4 months.
Looks like Britney could be going head to head with a new popstar this coming year. I will be supporting them both
who said it's going to be Late march? and if it's released during late March. it still won't be four months. it'll be LESS than three months because the single would be released at the end of December. you really need to get a calculator.
Omg, it's only less than 4 month to have the new album , I can't wait for the single and I agree with many of you, the single is most likely to come out in january
