I got my iTunes account in 2007, and the first song I bought was Taylor's debut single... Kept buying songs...
But the first actual full album that I bought was the Hannah Montana Movie soundtrack in 2009.
Dead at it taking me 2 years before I finally bought a full album.
(I'm excluding all of the physical albums that I got before then--they were bought for me, rather than by me).
Should I give it a listen? I haven't heard any of her pre-Daydream albums
Oh God no. If you've heard the singles, you've basically heard the best parts of the album with the exception of Now That I Know. No joke, her worst album of the 90s and bottom 3 of discography alongside Charmbracelet and Memoirs.
But you should listen to Emotions and her self-titled which are far superior
That's not much of a stretch considering the entire song is blatantly sexual.
I wish Joe would embrace his hunty side and use the male pronouns instead, though. I understand it's a tough sell with the label and radio, but he could snatch that gay demo from Nick.
