Nope, HTM went #4. SOL did in fact go #14 but a 2nd version of the song was really high as well so SOL was at around #9 combined.
I feel like people worry too much about first week numbers instead of hoping for longevity. It's a new song and while Ariana has a big following she's still no Rihanna, no Taylor , no Katy(was gonna say bey but her singles hmm yeah.
She'll be fine IF radio embraces the song and if the video is good enough I wouldn't mind too much about first week sales. Look at fifth harmony they never went #1 and have been steady since it was released and it'll just keep going up with more AirPlay and promo.
