"Body Party" is doing very well; its getting constant Airplay and exposure. It would make sense for Ciara to do most of the live performances around the time the album drops anyway. As far as a BET Award performance, its not unlikely. Mainly because BET is known for throwing **** together at the last minute (See the Michael Jackson Dedication in 2009).
Epic isn't a dumb as you kids are playing them out to be. When Epic acquired Ciara, her career was a mess. Let's be honest, after that flop "Basic Instincts" it looked like Ciara was over. It took Epic two years almost to make Ciara at least relevant. Cut them some Slack.

I just want Ciara to promote the first hit she's had in three years. If it could increase on iTunes & streaming again (a performance would have that effect) then it could definitely peak higher and be an even bigger hit.

She will. I don't think Ciara or her team expected it to peak as high as it did so fast. Hell, we were all shocked how the streaming effected it the week the video dropped. They probably lined up the performances for late May/early June. Just sit back and wait, since there's nothing anyone but her team can do. Lol.
