I don't mean "hype" like the GP is salivating for it, but "Rihanna's first album in two years!" is a great PR tagline. I don't want the media to use that label for HOME. Her team will have to be very specific when putting out statements, press releases, etc. and make it clear that his is a movie album not a Rihanna album. Considering how messy her team is, the situation is worrisome for me.
I'm also worried about people spending their time/energy/money on whichever album comes first. Especially with streaming, people will only spend their money on one project. Singles are a different story, but R8 needs to be the prominent album.
Also, I genuinely believe that she's gained fans during her break and I would hate for them to disappear because HOME is disappointing or not what they were hoping for. It's not a legit representation of her so I feel

about it.
We are stans, we overanalyze and worry more than we need to. Even if the rollout is messy I know Rihanna will be fine. I just want things to go well, and with such uncertainty it's hard to feel confident
