this report cleared? I personally don't think it should be closed, although that's because that's how I feel about a good amount of threads that are closed on a daily basis. Threads like this are almost always closed because they'll "cause too much of a mess for mods to deal with" from what I've been told in the past in HQ. And on top of that, the OP has a clear bias against Rihanna:

The fact that things like this are so inconsistent is a bit annoying, and in my opinion, ridiculous when considering how enforced the rules are on ATRL in comparison to most other online forums. There should be a however-strict set rules which apply to all threads posted by any member about any celebrity dealt with by any mod, which is far from how the system currently works.
