Yeah, isn't that what he discussed with Marcy in episode 1? Not the entire hotel, but he wanted to live in the penthouse where gaga stays. He said that he and Lachlan would be staying in there and Marcy was talking about the incredible views they would have or something and that's when she woke up Donovan by throwing open the curtains.

Even tho I liked 'Chutes and Ladders' I still found it a bit boring. They need to stop making such long episodes. 45-50 mins is enough. Hopefully, next episode's pacing will be better and less boring

Also, for everyone saying that hotel is too confusing or has no plot: remember the first time you watched murder house? I didn't even have to wait week to week, I watched it all at once on Netflix and it still left me incredibly confused episode to episode. A good season of AHS will leave you guessing until the last possible minute. It's all fun and games for us to speculate what's going to happen next, but remember not to take it too far by bashing the season for being too vague. This is exactly what the series needs, and if you'll recall, it's exactly what everyone has been asking for. You'll be thankful for the confusion when this season closes and it has remained a solid and consistent, entertaining story until the end (which I'm sure we're all hoping for...)

The first victim was a Gold Derby writer. It's a site where some bloggers and writers post predictions for the Oscars, the Emmys and etc., that's why he was killed by the Oscar thingy.

I like long episodes but 'Chutes and Ladders' should've been like 50 min. And I'm worried that episodes with long runtime hurt the show's ratings

See if the season was shaping to be FS borefest I would have been happy for 20min ep but since its going to be Asylum in MH I'm letting myself being slayed for 1 hours each week so yeah and the ratings once again I didn't know AHS's seasons ratings until like 3 weeks ago wheb someone posted them here, so Icouldnt care less about them(as long as thry dont fall below like 1m or sth)
