By my calculations WITH a re-release coming in Fall of 2012, we should have the new album by at least June 2013. The longest gap between albums was GGGB-Rated R. Look how long GGGB lasted, 19 months; March 07'-October 08'.
By the time GGGB got to its 5th single, which was Take a Bow, it had already been 15 Months since Umbrella was sent to radios. WHYB is being sent to radios 8 months since We Found Love was released, not even. So unless there are 10 singles this Era, which there could be seeing as a re-release is likely, we should be getting the album in the early Quarter of 2013, no later then June.
This is how I see this Era going, including the re-release.

2. You Da One - November
3. Talk That Talk - January
4. Birthday Cake - March
5. Where Have You Been - May
6. Do Ya Thang - August
7. Re-release Single #1 - October
8. Re-Release Single #2- December
First Lead Single for 7th Album, May 2013. 7th Album- June/July 2013.
