It's a ****ing gorgeous song. I first heard it in January 2007, at a time when I really needed it. It's a top 15 favorite from her, to be sure.

Whenever Time Stood Still comes on my playlist at work it makes my day so much better. Perfect melodies. It's one of her most underrated songs, tbh. Shame it wasn't a single. I appreciate it's difference from most of her other work. I'd never stan Madonna if that was the only type of song she sang, it's so sweet and feminine, but I like seeing that side of her once in a while.
