Perfect Illusion, A-YO, Million Reasons have been performed thus far and they aren't country. Not even slightly.
Sinner's Prayer has a rock-country vibe. But it's still pop music.
All of this was led by the most 'old Gaga' sounding track - it's a dance single with a disco-flavoured underbelly and raging rock vocals, interweaving with the rest of the album. Notably leading to the context of the next track, Million Reasons.
