Even if Billboard was told by her that it still isn't certain that it will be released that far away because August was the first date and that changed! I just want it will to be release sooner If they were sure of it they would say so but they havent so I dont think they have decided on the final release!!

Ciara and Ludacris are the head-lining artists, so I'm guessing they will both perform around 6 songs or more each, and I cant imagine Ciara would decide to not perform Ride.
