Just like How We Do, I think this is just a bit too generic to really smash. Rita still doesn't have an identity and this song does nothing to establish one.

I really love her voice, but I've been kinda dissponted with the songs she gets I love the LIVE acoustic versions though, but she could have made it so fast in the US if she worked with the right people.
I like How We Do & Black Widow though. They need to make a video for Black Widow.
Just because of her slight bump in the road, you guys are acting like sooth sayers and predicting that it won't smash. Why not wait till the song gets sent to radio before making any predictions?.If anything the fact that this is smashing in Australia should be an indication that if this is handled Right it will SMASH in the US,the Us is usually slow in catching on to hits, especially if it's not music by a famous pop star.
This song is a bop! Btw for those saying she has no musical identity, better to have no music identity than a terrible one (ex. only using Dr. Luke or being obsessed with autotune)
interview with breakfast club! you guys should watch it all, she's so lovely
She handled those questions like a pro. Very impressive. And her cute personality is being known by the public finally. Social media is blowing up, and she's finally showing she's not in anyone's shadow. The interview is going viral, so more good promo.

IDK why but I don't get bored of the song or think it's 'generic', I mean it's not the most like unique song ever but I think it's perfect for her. It has that summery/dancey yet not so pop vibe to it, with kind've rock feel when the chorus drops. I think the song could fair a hit for her. I think maybe though she should put out a remix with somebody, idk if a rapper but I think it could give her momentum.
But so far, she needs to go to radio stations and introduce herself and get people to know her. The song fits her personality though, it's very fun and funky and that's exactly who she is.
I know the EDM thing is kind've long gone, but her team should really get behind the R3hab remix, cause it sounds great and I could totally hear the radio playing this out.
Lol everybody is now stuck on the fact Reet is worth 146 million. So now the lovefest kicks up by 100% Now that people know she has money, they wanna stan.I just love her music and personality. But the more the merrier
